Returns Policy

It is Hoag's policy that garments embroidered with the original Hoag logo may not be returned or exchanged for garments embroidered with the new Hoag logo.

You may return new, unopened garments that have not been embroidered, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

After a garment has been embroidered it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is defective.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Ground shipping will be used for all orders unless otherwise instructed. If you have an urgent need, and require expedited shipping, please contact us with your special request.
